老伴的過(guò)世，死黨的被殺，對手的步步緊逼，兒子的新式菜和逼宮，愛(ài)徒的嗜賭，林林種種，老板已是心力交瘁，早已想引退江湖。為了最后的心愿，為死黨而復仇，將所有的瑣事都在一夜里給解決。
在狹小的空間里，導演的功力可見(jiàn)一斑：情節鋪排、剪接、配樂(lè )、小餐廳里錯綜復雜的人物關(guān)系，均將一部充滿(mǎn)仇恨的電影，以最安靜的形態(tài)，說(shuō)了一個(gè)最緊張的故事。
